This wonderfull toad appear when it is rain at above layang-layang hut.
It can be found from lower montane forest ( 1500m ) up to upper montane forest (2000m above).





Pelophryne misera

Endemic to Mt. Kinabalu.
This frog also can be found at Mempening shelter ( 2000m above - Villosa shelter 3000m above).
The frog looks like walking rather than hooping or it just my imagination. The frog move slow from place to place. We should keep sense on the ground if we want to seek this.
